Failure to complete your notes by the 48 hour deadline may be accompanied by delayed payment.

  • Update your schedule weekly
  • Schedule your consistent clients ahead of time
  • Communicate with your clients regarding scheduling conflicts
  • Write, sign, and lock progress notes within 48 hours in order to receive timely payments
  • Input appointment statuses at the end of every session
  • Know where your clients are located during each session
